By accessing or using our website and purchasing our healing products (such as singing bowls, gongs, bells, etc.), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in INR and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices or withdraw items at any time. Payment is processed at the time of shipping authorization.
3. Order Acceptance & Processing
Receipt of your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment receipt.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy page. Risk transfers to you once the item is handed over to the courier partner.
5. Returns & Refunds

6. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images. We will guide you through the return or replacement process as per our policy.
7. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, they proceed to processing/shipment and are covered under our Returns Policy.

All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Visual Singing Bowls. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our written permission.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question
