1. Processing Time

Expedited Shipping: ₹120
Premium / Same‑Day Delivery: ₹250
Shipping is free on orders above ₹3,000.
4. Tracking & Carriers
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships. We partner with trusted carriers such as India Post Speed Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC based on destination and service level
5. Delivery Exceptions
Some remote areas or P.O. boxes may require extra time or may not be serviceable
Delivery times may extend by 2–4 days during peak seasons, strikes, or adverse weather—please stay informed.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
We’ll contact you to confirm shipping details or arrange redelivery.
Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges (unless original error was ours).
7. International Shipping

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit:
Report within 7 days of expected delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged package on receipt.
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund upon confirmation.
