Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided.

  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method—return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of damage or error.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return (please allow 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you about refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return your current item (see above), and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect items upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 7 days.

  • If your item arrived damaged or is defective, email visualsingingbowls@gmail.com with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, or sold “as-is” (such as clearance or personalized products) are non-returnable.

7. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, standard return policies apply once your order has shipped.
