1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. Return Process

Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method—return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of damage or error.
3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (please allow 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you about refund approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange, return your current item (see above), and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect items upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 7 days.

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, email visualsingingbowls@gmail.com with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return and provide a replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, or sold “as-is” (such as clearance or personalized products) are non-returnable.
7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, standard return policies apply once your order has shipped.
